  Medical

Many employees don’t understand what their medical insurance covers.

We’re here to help you understand your benefits and make the best choices for you and your family.

The Company is pleased to offer three medical plans.

Harris Product Group’s medical plan offers great flexibility in managing care for you and your family. As part of your benefits package, Harris gives employees the option of choosing from two different medical plans with a 3rd option, Anthem 2000, available to the FTP Worksites only.  These plans are administered through Anthem, a provider of exceptional healthcare services.

Once enrolled, you may visit Anthem’s website at www.anthem.com to access claims payments, physician directories, ID cards, and to inquire about eligibility. Eligible employees may elect to cover a spouse or a dependent up to age 26.

For anyone enrolling a spouse in our medical plan, there is a monthly surcharge for a working spouse who is eligible for coverage through their employer.
