There are no changes to the benefit offerings this year. You can continue with your current benefits or make changes, which will apply for the remainder of the year. Your deductible and maximum out-of-pocket amounts will accumulate for the rest of the year.

Starting January 1, 2025, all RedViking employees will switch to Lincoln Electric Automation’s standard benefits. You will receive more information and have another enrollment period to choose your 2025 benefits during this transition.

You cannot make changes during the year, unless you have a qualifying change in family status.
